Demo: Architect required for a heritage house restoration

Requirement

This is a demo post. A typical requirement names the work (measured drawings and a restoration proposal for a three-storey Newari house), the deliverables, the site, the expected time and how the budget is paid. The poster's own contact details are never shown; interested engineers write through Engineer Nepal and the post id is passed along.
